The wellness app was conceived as a tool to help users reconnect with calm and balance through sound. My process began with researching how specific frequencies, tonalities, and rhythmic patterns affect relaxation and focus. I designed a sound library of ambient textures, breathing cues, and generative soundscapes, all built to adapt to the user’s mood and daily rhythm.

Collaborating with UX designers and developers, I focused on crafting a seamless auditory journey, integrating users movements to interactive sound loops that respond in real time. The goal was to turn technology into a space of presence rather than distraction, combining science-backed methods with artistic sensitivity.
