As Head of SFX at Artlist, I led the creation of the company’s sound effects catalog from the ground up. My process began with defining the sonic identity and creative direction of the library—establishing the categories, tone, and structure that would serve a global community of filmmakers, editors, and sound designers. I managed two dedicated teams focused on content curation and metadata design, ensuring every sound met both artistic and technical standards.

Collaboration was key. I worked closely with sound designers, composers, and external studios worldwide to source, produce, and organize thousands of unique sounds. Through detailed quality control, consistent tagging systems, and an evolving production pipeline, I turned a small initial collection into one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly SFX catalogs in the industry.
